Lincoln and "Grants" just go together

The Springfield Hotel and Lodging Association and the Springfield Convention & Visitors Bureau offer convention grants to organizations selecting Springfield for the first time and those who utilize over 425 rooms per night.

Participating Hotels

Crowne Plaza Hotel Good on new bookings only at the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express: one complimentary room night per 20 consumed, with 5% off master bill of food and beverage catering, and complimentary welcome reception with 50 group rooms.

Hilton Garden Inn One complimentary guest room for every 25 utilized, plus a free welcome reception with 70 or more people with 50 or more guest rooms utilized.

The Hilton Springfield will provide a complimentary one hour reception in our Pinnacle Club overlooking Lincoln's Home and Neighborhood for up to 100 guests ($2500 value).  Bookings with 250 accumulative guest rooms or more.

Northfield Inn and Conference Center One complimentary guest room for every 25 utilized or one complimentary coffee break with coffee & hot tea (up to five gallons).

President Abraham Lincoln Hotel & Conference Center A Rewards Program lets you pick the items you want. Reward Levels are based on room revenue and start at $10,000 and up. Here are just a few of the Rewards available:
