University Of Illinois At Springfield
Conveniently located in Springfield’s lake area, near the major interstates, restaurants and shopping, the University of Illinois at Springfield offers exceptional meeting facilities for your big event. The spacious 124,340-square-foot Public Affairs Center has modern-day audio/visual service as well as restaurant and catering facilities for banquets up to 500 people. The 2,018-seat Sangamon Auditorium is the perfect state-of-the-art venue for conferences, banquets and special events. The very popular and beautiful Brookens Auditorium seats 250 people while the Studio Theater seats up to 415 people for conferences, special events and ceremonies. Additionally, Springfield’s lake area offers a variety of hotels.

Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library & Museum
The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum boasts numerous venues for a very special and distinctive meeting or event. The Presidential Library offers the soaring Lincoln Atrium, an elegant space that can accommodate a 100 person seated dinner or reception for up to 250 people. The Lincoln Reception Room is a three-story glass encased rotunda providing a magnificent setting for a special reception, luncheon or dinner for up to 60 people. The state of the art Multi-Purpose Room is an ideal conference location for up to 300 people that offers satellite uplink, tele-conferencing, video conferencing and full broadcast capabilities. There is also a reception Gallery available in conjunction with the Multi-Purpose Room. Bordered by full-scale reproductions of Lincoln’s log cabin and the White House, the spectacular 4,500 square foot Museum Plaza provides a majestic backdrop for an elegant 300 person dinner or reception for up to 450 people. Hoogland Center For The Arts
Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Springfield, this former Masonic Temple recently underwent a $9 million renovation to completely transform the 80,000 square foot facility into one of the most unique and elegant spaces in the Springfield area. The Hoogland Center for the Arts is a state-of-the-art facility that hosts events throughout the year from business meetings to black-tie affairs. Home to 14 area arts organizations, the Hoogland has facility space for small board meetings in their Social Room all the way up to seating 300 for dinner. In addition, they have an on site caterer that can prepare everything from a simple continental breakfast to a world-class dinner with full bar service making the Hoogland an ideal location for presentations, cocktail parties or wedding receptions.
